Environmental Realty Services, LLC assists its clients in the performance of due diligence environmental assessments and investigations associated with commercial and industrial property transactions. Its capabilities include land-use surveys and analysis of environmental conditions at developed parcels, wetland delineation and natural resource inventory. In addition, the company provides surface testing and indoor air surveys for asbestos, lead-based paint and mold, and provides evaluation and management for compliance with regulatory environmental permits.

Environmental Realty Services, first formed as a Subchapter S Corporation in 1998 that was de-activated in 2004, evolved to a Limited Liability Corporation (LLC) in 2010 following a period of sole proprietorship. The company maintains ties with associates and colleagues who rely on its due diligence and environmental liability management expertise and who, in turn, assist the company with demonstrated expertise specific to industrial hygiene services, safety programs and training, and geological sciences. Environmental Realty Services is licensed as a Tennessee Environmental Specialty Contractor in all five specialty areas: asbestos handling and removal; underground storage tanks; lead based paint abatement; hazardous waste removal; and air, water and soil remediation.

The President of the company, Mr. Paul Galluzzi, holds over 38 years of environmental experience that includes careers in scientific research, government agency regulatory affairs and enforcement, and private corporate consulting. The company credentials include the following.
