• Millington Naval Air Base - Millington, Tennessee. Lead based paint survey and hazard assessment of barracks and single family homes.
• Millington Naval Air Station - Millington, Tennessee. Lead based paint removal and abatement was performed at numerous single family officer quarters’ homes under strict Navy Base specifications under an open materials contract.
• Windsor Apartments - Memphis, Tennessee – Lead based paint survey of 1,800-unit apartment complex.
• Admiral Retirement Homes - Jackson, Mississippi – Lead based paint survey and hazard assessment of retirement community homes.
• Fisher & Arnold Engineers – Multiple projects
• Millington Public Housing Authority- Millington, Tennessee - Over thirty units were renovated under HUD guidelines. Each unit consisted of two or more dwellings. Removal activities were conducted on indoor and outdoor components.
• Fogelman YMCA Building - Memphis, Tennessee - Between eight and ten layers of lead based paint were removed from the top four floors of the 7-story building, nearly a century old, during a period of more than three months. Air monitoring was conducted throughout the project to demonstrate compliance with OSHA and NESHAP regulations.
• Tanglewood Apartments – Bartlett, Tennessee – Lead based paint survey for apartment complex with 200 units.
• Automotive Parts Manufacturing Plant Demolition - Ripley, Tennessee – Lead based paint survey in anticipation of worker safety during demolition.
• Single Family Home – Olive Branch, Mississippi – Lead based paint inspection for vacant house under HUD financed purchase.
